The Eagles decided to rest starters while other players missed Saturday night's game against the Cowboys due to COVID protocols.
From a special Saturday edition of @NFLGameDay: It doesn’t sound as if the #Eagles will be activating many, if any at all, of the remaining 11 players on the COVID-19 list. So we continue to expect plenty of Gardner Minshew while many starters sit out vs. the #Cowboys. pic.twitter.com/D0UxkbQhvl

The Cowboys decided to run up the score against Philly's backups and pretend they're ready anyone in the playoffs. Dak Prescott's postgame interview proves just that.
Prescott thinks the Cowboys problems are fixed and they're ready for anyone now. Bring on the Cardinals or whoever.
We'll see it that's the case when the postseason starts.
