Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has been playing through a knee injury over the past few weeks. That could change this week.
According to NFL insider Ed Werder, Dallas is considering resting Zeke this Thursday against the Saints.

The Saints with Trevor Siemian at quarterback have become somewhat of a bye week. A practice game if you will.
As a guy who is really starting to enjoy watching the Cowboys struggle, I hope sitting Zeke backfires and the Saints somehow pull a win out of their ass.
