Rookie quarterback Sam Ehlinger left Friday night's preseason game with a knee injury. He was seen limping off the field after scrambling for a few yards and getting tackled along the sideline late in the second quarter.
There didn't seem to be much that happened on the play other than a moment when the Colts QB awkwardly stumbled. The injury however is feared to be a serious one.

My sense is this is serious. Frank Reich said after the game “it didn’t look good.” https://t.co/DfagpV4WWE

Ehlinger was hoping to take the backup role behind Carson Wentz. He seems to have taken that a little too seriously and ended up getting hurt just like the Colts starter.
