Colorado Rockies Pitcher’s Hard Hit!

Noah Davis had his career start for the Rockies yesterday, which may be more memorable as the day he cheated death.

Teoscar Hernandez of the Mariners went to bat in the bottom of the second, Davis through a 93.5 MPH ball that was put into play.

Unfortunately, Davis was in the line of fire and the ball hit his head by mere inches. Even taking off his hat!

Injury was avoided and Hernandez was out at first, but definitely an exciting moment in an otherwise boring sport!
