Chris Sales is headed back to the disabled list or whatever the soft are calling it. In just his second start of the season the Red Sox lefthander took a line drive off of his left hand and broke his pinky.
This is par for the course for Sale, who is racking up the injuries. He hasn't appeared in more than 30 games since the 2017 season. As a Yankees fan I can't help but find this all really sad. Just kidding, it's hilarious.

Here's Sale preparing for the next few weeks as his pinky heals. Remember Sale, flourish the pinky.
You hate to see it. I mean when one of your guys goes down. It's not as hard to see when it's a Red Sox player going down. Not that I would ever root for an injury or yell orbital socket when certain guys are on the mound. I would never.
