Caps Star Alexander Ovechkin Gave Bruins Center Trent Frederic a Cup Check With His Stick

Caps star Alexander Ovechkin decided to do a little equipment check in the middle of Wednesday night's Capitals win over the Bruins. The equipment check came in the form of a cup check with a stick.

The unfortunate recipient of it was Bruins center Trent Frederic. Ovechkin's cup check dropped Frederic immediately. The video of the exchange is great.

If people haven't learned by now they should be fully aware after watching this video that Ovechkin isn't the one to be messed with. He has no problem smashing his stick into your nutsack and will do so at the drop of a hat.

This is why Ovechkin is one of the best to ever put on an NHL uniform.
