Cam Newton went out on top on Sunday against the Jets. If it was indeed his last game in a Patriots uniform as reported, he did it all.
Cam threw for 242 yards and three touchdowns in the 28-14 win. He added 79 yards on the ground and even caught a touchdown pass.
The #Patriots used converted QB, WR Jakobi Meyers as a passer and he finds Cam Newton for the touchdown.

Cam might not be Superman anymore, but he can still bring the cape out to kick the shit out of the Jets. Maybe he'll take a Taysom Hill type role somewhere next season. Dude is still hard to tackle.
