Buccaneers Sign Le’Veon Bell After News That Leonard Fournette is Going on IR

The Buccaneers offense took another hit on Tuesday when it was reported that running back Leonard Fournette would miss the rest of the regular season.  He is going on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.

Tampa Bay is signing free agent running back Le'Veon Bell to fill in for Fournette.

Leonard Fournette is expected to be return for the playoffs, per source.

Buccaneers placed wide receiver Chris Godwin and defensive lineman Pat O’Connor on the Reserve/Injured list today.

It looks like Le'Veon will have to put his boxing career on hold for a little while.  He isn't going to contribute a ton to the offense, but he's better than having nobody, maybe.
