On Tuesday morning that speculation was confirmed. It was reported by ESPN, who says that sources have confirmed to them, that Koepka is the latest golfer to join LIV Golf.
Koepka, a four time major champion, becomes one of the highest profile players to leave the PGA Tour. He's joining the likes of Dustin Johnson and Phil Mickelson as well as several other PGA Tour golfers to take the payday that LIV Golf offers.
You can't really blame any of these guys for taking life changing amounts of money. This is what competition does, the PGA Tour is going to have to figure out a way to compete.
