Boomer Esiason is a Grandfather After His Smokeshow Daughter Sydney Gives Birth

Former NFL player turned analyst Boomer Esiason is a grandfather.  His smokeshow daughter Sydney gave birth this week to a child with her NHL player husband Matt Martin.

Sydney isn't new to the world of sports blogs.  She's made a name for herself, with a little help from her famous maiden name, using her stunning good looks.

The happy new parents shared a look at their daughter Windsor Grace Martin.  And of course Grandpa Boomer weighed in on the family's newest member.
