Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley, who has become the face of the unvaccinated in the NFL, tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday. He's coming off of a 4 catch for 35 yards game in a 31-14 Bills win over the Panthers.
We’ve placed WR Cole Beasley on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Because he's unvaccinated Beasley will miss Sunday's game against the Patriots. He's also become a target for some hate on social media. He took to Instagram after testing positive and addressed it.
"Just to be clear COVID is not keeping me out of this game. The rules are. Vaxxed players are playing with Covid every week now because they don’t test. One of my vaxxed teammates is in the hospital missing games. I’m sure he didn’t get the same energy. Thank you for those who support. Everyone else, if you don’t get what’s happening then there is nothing anybody can do for you."

The Bills aren't going to miss Beasley all that much. He didn't take down the entire roster because he was unvaccinated either. He'll miss a game, be perfectly fine, the earth will keep spinning, and he'll return for the last couple of games as Buffalo tries to secure a playoff spot.
