Bianca Ghezzi stars as one of Tedros' girls, a blonde bombshell who was tasked with offering herself up to Eli Roth's character in the episode and it looks like she even had his character contemplating cheating on his wife at one point.

The actress is not as unknown as we may have thought, and has over 1 million followers on Instagram. Originally going viral after dating Texas A&M University Quarterback Johnny Manziel back in the day.
