It was revealed shortly before kickoff of the Broncos and Browns game on Thursday night that Baker Mayfield has a broken bone in his left shoulder in addition to the torn labrum.
The broken bone is preventing his rotator cuff from firing, whatever that means. He's hoping to return for Cleveland's next game against the Steelers on October 31st.
Breaking: Baker Mayfield tells me in addition to his torn labrum he also fractured his humerus bone (shoulder) according to a scan this week. Baker said the fracture is preventing his rotator cuff from firing. @NFLonFOX (1/2)

Actual fracture according to Baker is called tuberosity, which is top of humerus. Once that heals he can come back, he’s hoping he’s back for their next game. @NFLonFOX

Who needs a non-throwing arm? Baker doesn't need that to gunsling. Expect to see him back out there on Halloween dressed up like a quarterback handing out treats.
