Playoff hockey is here!  That means the gloves are coming off to set tones.

That's what happened on Monday night between the Avalanche and Blues.  Colorado's captain Gabriel Landeskog wasn't happy with a hit on his teammate and took matters into his own hands.

Landeskog set the tone early in Game 1 by dropping the gloves with Blues forward Brayden Schenn.  Schenn got away with a questionable hit or so he thought.  Landeskog settled the score with big right hands.

Be careful what kind of hits you put on the Avalanche the rest of this series.  Landeskog and his hands aren't about to let anyone get away with any questionable ones.  He's dropping the gloves and taking matters into his own hands if necessary.
