Australian Newscaster Calls Novak Djokovic a “Lying, Sneaky, Asshole” in Leaked Video

Novak Djokovic, a nine time Australian Open champion, has caused some controversy in Australia this week.  He's unvaccinated and dared to travel to the tournament with a medical exemption from vaccination stating that he tested positive for COVID in December.

Australia's border officials didn't care about Djokovic's exemption and detained him at the Melbourne Airport.  This led to five days of back-and-forth before a judge finally ordered his release on Monday.

Australian newscasters Rebecca Maddern and Mike Amor don't care if you agree with him or not.  They're not fans of the tennis star.  Maddern in a leaked video called Djokovic a "lying, sneaky, asshole."

I hate the he should be vaccinated argument.  I'm not one for telling anyone else what to do, but I can respect this.  She wasn't interested in getting into whether or not Djokovic should be vaccinated or not.

She just thinks he's an asshole and there's nothing wrong with that.  Especially with that sweet accent.
