WNBA

Angel Reese has gone pro, playing for Chicago in the WNBA along with her "rival" Caitlin Clark, who allowed both players to get a lot of media hype in a viral game last year, solidifying both their positions in the Women's Basketball world. but more importantly, bringing interest to the sport.
This past season was a testament to that heated viral game that had everyone talking thanks to Reese's smack talking and win over Clark, and that's probably a lot of the reason why this year's game was record breaking and why Clark's career has been noticed and rewarded.
Well, the WNBA is still pretty low budget, and not quite the NBA for obvious reasons, sure some of their players are viral stars and get paid heavy, but the league itself is pretty bootleg.
Which is why it's not so shocking that Reese's introduction to the video came with little excitement or hype, no riots were had, no fans trying to break down doors having seizures for autographs.
Instead, it took place at a Rec Center.
