Alysha Newman is a Canadian Pole Vaulter, record holder and Olympian. She has been preparing for the upcoming Olympics and shared a video showing how she's fixed her ankle issues with some acupuncture, saunas, ice baths and other training strategies.

She is not only an athlete, but also an OF model who subsidizes her income with some of that racier money. She even produces a content series for OFTV, which is a thing they are investing in.
