Alex Smith’s Wife Shares All That They’re Thankful for Ahead of Washington’s Game Against the Cowboys

To say that Alex Smith has a lot to be thankful for is an understatement.  The Washington Football Team's quarterback was in a hospital bed fighting to save his leg just a couple of years ago.

Alex has since made a full and very long recovery.  He's back doing what he loves and will be starting for Washington as they face a depleted Cowboys team on Thanksgiving in Dallas.

Alex's wife Elizabeth took to Instagram on Thanksgiving to share just how thankful they are that he made through his terrible injury.

Alex has a lot to be thankful for.  Hell he might have just lucked back into a starting NFL quarterback job for the next couple of seasons.

On the top of his list of things to be thankful for is his beautiful wife.  She holds it down while he does his thing to provide for the family.
