Abilene Christian Trolled Texas With the “Horns Down” After Sending the Longhorns Packing

You hate to see it!  Absolutely hate to see it....

Texas is not back and they may never be.  The school's latest setback came Saturday against Abilene Christian in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

That's right Abilene Christian sent the Longhorns packing.  To make matters worse for Texas, an ACU bench player hit them with the "horns down" after the game.

Wildcats bench player Paul Hiepler ran straight for the TV cameras while doing the “Horns Down” gesture after ACU won 53-52.

Want to guess how many minutes Hiepler played in the game and how many points he scored? Yes, the same as you and me. But he does have a lot of school pride.

It's good to see the Longhorns basketball team keeping up with the football team's tradition of disappointing fans.  You would hate to see them break from that.

I'm also a big fan of the bench player pulling out the horns down.  It's what March Madness is all about.
