Aaron Rodgers’ Statement on Sandy Hook!

New York Jets player Aaron Rodgers is not a stranger to controversy. During that whole COVID thing, he was very public about his vaccination status and it made a lot of people hate him

Well, he's back in the news again, not for letting down his team after his early in the season injury, but because Rodgers allegedly shared conspiracy theories about the Sandy Hook shooting.

Aaron Rodgers is apparently one of two men RFK Jr is considering for his Vice President position, because clearly he wants to be taken seriously as a contender in the race to be Commander in Chief.

His other option made a little more sense, because it is Jesse Ventura who has political experience, whether you agree with his approach or not.

The issue is that while Ventura had a show about conspiracy theories for TruTV, Rodgers apparently perpetuated a conspiracy that has got a lot of people in trouble in recent years.

In 2013, he allegedly told CNN journalist Pamela Brown that Sandy Hook was an inside job and that the media was ignoring it. CNN also has another source who says that Rodgers denied that Sandy Hook ever happened and that the children never existed but were actors.

Well, Rodgers is now making sure that people know he never said those things, that it's a targeted attack and that his prayers are with the Sandy Hook families, possibly because Alex Jones has to payout 1.5 Billion dollars to the families for similar claims.

Now Rodgers has released an internet statement on the scandal:

As I'm on the record saying in the past, what happened in Sandy Hook was an absolute tragedy. I am not and have never been of the opinion that the events did not take place.

Again, I hope that we learn from this and other tragedies to identify the signs that will allow us to prevent the unnecessary loss of life.

My thoughts and prayers continue to remain with the families affected along with the entire Sandy Hook Community.
