Aaron Rodgers is expected to inform the Packers of his decision soon. He will either stay, ask for a trade, or retire. If the back to back MVP decides to continue to play it will cost any team that ends up with him.
According to Dianna Russini, Rodgers wants to be the "highest paid player in the NFL, by a wide margin." She then added that it would be in the $50 million a year range.

I don't care how good Rodgers is in the regular season, he's not worth $50 million a year. Especially if you're a team that plays in a division that's worth a shit. Some team will ignore his postseason record and pay him whatever he wants, but they won't win a thing.
