Aaron Rodgers talked about his engagement to actress Shailene Woodley for the first time since he made the surprise announcement during the acceptance of his fraud MVP award. He did so during an Instagram Live conversation with Zenith Watches CEO Julien Tornare.
Tornare asked Rodgers about his past year. The Packers quarterback responded to that line of questioning by mentioning his engagement to Woodley and called it the "best thing that's happened to me in the last year."
From People:
When asked about his past year and recovery during the off-season, Rodgers mentioned his relationship with Woodley. Though he did not name his fiancée, the Green Bay Packers quarterback did speak about his happiness.
"I'm recently engaged, so been enjoying that part of my life," Rodgers said.
"Obviously that's the best thing that's happened to me in the last year," the athlete added.
What? Losing to the Buccaneers in the playoffs wasn't the highlight of the last year? I thoroughly enjoyed him racking up a bunch of stats against bad teams during the regular season and then getting bounced in the playoffs because the Packers are frauds.
