Pour some out for Aaron Rodgers. His new deal with the Packers isn't a four year, $200 million deal. It's only a three year, $150 million deal.
According to Adam Schefter (from the locker Tom Brady stuffed him into), it's a two year extension on the one year he already had left on his deal.
Aaron Rodgers’ new deal is three years, $150 million - but that’s including this year that he already had. So in actuality, it’s really a two-year, $124 million extension.

More details:
Essentially, Aaron Rodgers gets $50M per year over 3 years, then likely retires. If he keeps playing, those final two years (on a 4-year extension, 5 years total) will be redone. https://t.co/CVTXfrKSUE— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) March 15, 2022
The standard has been set. It now costs an average of $50 million a year to rack up numbers beating up the NFC North and choking in the playoffs. Seems like you can get that for much less money.
