Aaron Rodgers went on ESPN on Monday night and addressed the issues he has with the Packers during an interview with Kenny Mayne. He says he loves his teammates (including Jordan Love), he loves the fans and he loves the coaches.
The issues Rodgers has with the team is their current philosophy. In other words, as has been reported, he isn't a fan of the team's front office. The reports about him not liking general manager Brian Gutekunst appear to be accurate.

Rodgers doesn't want to leave any doubt about who is at fault for the current situation in Green Bay. He's definitely been directly involved in letting the information out to the media about why he's unhappy with the Packers organization, because it's been pretty much dead on.
As much as Rodgers confirmed during his interview the most shared part of the interview is probably the end when Kenny Mayne walks off after jokingly saying "fuck you Aaron Rodgers!"
