Georgia won their first National Championship in 41 years on Monday night by defeating 33-18. A former walk-on turned starting quarterback named Stetson Bennett played a major role in ending that drought.
Bennett threw for 224 yards and two touchdowns in the win and took home the game's MVP award as well. All of that is cause for celebration and celebrate he did.
Bennett, on very little sleep and after a few drinks, made his appearance on "Good Morning America" on Tuesday morning. His possibly drunk message was to bet on yourself.
"You gotta bet on yourself." — Stetson Bennett on his journey from walk-on player to @georgiafootball's starting quarterback!

These morning after a night of partying interviews are fantastic. Bennett worked really hard, reached the top of his sport, and deserves to enjoy it. His story from walk-on to National Champion is the stuff they make movies about.
