A Name Change for the Redskins Rumored to be Coming in the Next 24 to 48 Hours

The Washington Redskins have received pressure from their biggest sponsors to change their team name and apparently will be doing so. An announcement could be coming in the next 24 to 48 hours according to Yahoo Sports' Charles Robinson.

Robinson broke the news to Clarence Hill Jr. on the Saturday Sports Brunch on 103.3 FM. He went on to say "the NFL has started to take steps to tell everyone that has the Redskins name on their platforms to start scrubbing it."
