The Cavinder twins are at the top of their game right now. They have spent a year working on their business tactics and their fitness, realizing that fitness is their business and they've developed a nutrition based app to sell to their fans.

Apparently, it does well and is helping people around the globe reach their fitness goals because what you put in your body is the fuel for your body, which is why they say you are what you eat.

Luckily for the Cavinders, they are also seen as influencers, so they get a lot of paid partnerships with brand in and around that space, so producing a "WHAT THEY EAT IN A DAY" video is a great way to shout out all the homies who fund the life!

They decided to head back to college for another year, probably a key to a longer term endorsement froM Under Armour and a future in the WNBA and we are all for it!

Here's what they had to say about their diet:

When we were designing our app, we knew we needed to bring you more than just workouts…

NUTRITION is the hardest piece of the puzzle for most (it sure was for us )

on top of access to all our high protein/staple recipes, we also offer personalized macro counts to fuel your body optimally link in bio

☕️Pre-practice breakfast: overnight protein oatmeal + protein coffee (#1 recipe on our app)

Amino Acid Drink: 40oz of water + @thornehealth daily vitamins

Lunch: chicken + broccoli + protein mac n cheese (carbs are not the enemy)

⛹‍♀️Post Workout: Arepas with chicken & pico x2 (+ our fav, Ghost hydration drink)

Dinner: steak quesadilla

Dessert: blueberry creami (recipe on our app)

Plus tons of water throughout the day!

They also put together a fun video in some ridiculous bike shorts that reminds you that if you have a twin, you don't need a mirror, since they're your twin. if you think about it too long it's way too freaky, so it's best to just enjoy their content and get inspired by it! Like doing some squats right now.
