Apparently a post of Earles in 2014, when she was 13 years old, is resurfacing because it included racist words.
The screenshots were posted online, went viral, and now she's scrambling with bullshit apologies because she sees her empire collapsing before her very eyes.
The empire probably won't collapse, but sometimes people get famous without really deserving it, so to see the playing feel level is an entertaining thing.
Apparently, Earle's legal team have been sending out takedown notices to people who post the screenshots as if it is copyrighted material, despite being on a public forum. However, we know first hand the lengths celebrities go to get certain things erased from the internet, even when they aren't actually their copyright to get removed.
Here's a twitter person's analysis:
Alix Earle’s old posts with slurs are trending again and creators who tried to cancel her are alleging that instead of addressing the matter she has trademarked the posts and is trying to strike people with copyright violations to remove the information from the web.

It'd be funny if this was the end of her, but she's got Braxton Berrios to care for her if it is!
The Internet never forgets!
Here is her statement:
Here she is at an event in Braxton Cosplay!

If you’re gonna write such an article, do your duties and actually show us what she supposedly said, you have to show both sides of the story.
I looked it up and am now instantly a fan of her, definitely isn’t at all bad as people like you want to show it to be.
Anyway, it’s extremely pathetic to cancel someone over what they said when they were 13, it’s a terrible world we live in
