Team USA’s Parker Valby is in Paris!

Parker Valby is a six-time NCAA champion and the record holder for the indoor and outdoor 5000m and the outdoor 10000m run.

She is from Florida, started running cross-country in 2016, became a Florida State champ and Florida state record holder while still a Junior, before going onto break NCAA records this past season at Boston University.

At the Olympic trials she finished fourth in the 5000m, so she didn't make the cut but a few days later she came in second on the 10,000m and was brought in based on that and her World Athletics ranking. She is a Nike sponsored athlete.

She is currently in Paris where she will give Alica Schmidt a RUN for her money, even though they aren't competing against each other for medals, there's other unofficial competitions and titles to be won!
