Nikki Spoelstra Addresses the Thirst Traps with Thirst Traps!

Nikki Spoelstra is the ex-Miami Heat dancer and ex-wife of Miami's head coach Erik Spoelstra. They were married from 2016 - 2023 and have 3 kids together.

The two-time champion winning coach agreed to an 8 year extension worth 120 million dollars recently.

She has recently been accused of posting thirst traps that coincide with Miami Heat games or Miami heat being eliminated from the playoff games, because the fans think she's trying to generate some hype around herself.

Yesterday, she posted some rant about thirst traps, while thirst trapping and it's all so fun.

Knock it off with the “thirst trap” narrative guys, I’m not here for it. I’m 37 years old and I’ve had THREE babies. I was a dancer my whole life, turned pro, taught dance up until I had those kids. Into fitness and fashion/style IN ADDITION to all the healing things.

And… if you *really* wanna see me in an alleged “thirst trap,” check out the miami heat dancers posters from 2005-2008 and let me know if the trap was, um… Trappin. I have a sneaky suspicion that it did.
