Paul Skenes, the Pirates' first-round-draft pick who is playing for their farm team may be getting his MLB soon.
The Pirates are apparently in need of some help because they've been struggling with their scoring. They've scored 60 runs in 24 games and have a 7-17 record.
The Paul Skenes will not fix the issue, since he's a pitcher and not on their offensive run generating team, but he's got so much hype, maybe it's the shake up the team needs.
Two days ago, Skenes let his first home run through in his Minor game, but he's still Major League ready based on his other performances.
The prediction based on him playing every 6 days is that by May 17th he'll be in the Pirates uniform.
He's also got a pretty major love interest, in his fellow LSU alum Livvy Dunne, who makes lots of money as a college athlete, but also has the hearts of all the college fans.
She posted a baseball Sunday video and a tumbling video, which is more exciting than an MLB debut to me, probably not to her, since the MLB WAG life is her future.
