You can never quite trust the over 40 billionaire crowd and their commitment to fitness or health and wellness. They are all on the biohacker kick and normalize things like HGH and Testosterone and all the other performance enhancement medications they doctors prescribe for them which would likely be banned substances if they were to play pro sports.

The billionaire rich crowd are on every weird trend, from mushrooms, to diabetes medication, to crossfit, fasting, ice baths, Burning Man and they all meet up in their familiar rich person compounds to partake in the latest trend, shaman ceremony, soundbath, or meal prepared from some tribal leader from the amazon who they imported on their private jet with all the magical nutrient dense ingredients.

So a fit Tom Brady at 46 years old is not impressive, especially since he sold his brand to the billionaire behind Vitamin Water and Body Armour who created two beverages that he sold to coke for billions of dollars, but who now does No Bull, which was big in the crossfit community.
