Deion Sanders to the Locker Room Theives!

The story is that three of Sanders’ players had jewelry taken from their lockers during the Rose Bowl. Others had headphones and cash stolen from their lockers. Some of the items have been returned to the players, but that doesn't change the fact that they were robbed.

Apparently UCLA football recruits from a Riverside County High School were named as the suspects who stole items from the Colorado Buffaloes locker room at the Rose Bowl, meaning stupid high school kids, already recruits for what could be a lucrative future in the NFL are pulling off dumb ass crimes like they weren't going to get caught. Insane.

Coach Prime decided to send a classy message to the thieves, saying don't blame them for being criminals, kids will be kids. Decent approach that seems to be one that breeds more criminals.

Let’s not crucify and punish these high school kids. Whatever the punishment that comes along with it, alright, let that be that, community service or whatever it is. But, let’s not abort the rest of their opportunities and lives because of a mistake. Because, if we were to really do a roll-call at the age of 17 to 18 in here, I’m sure everybody would tip out of here with their head down like we’re in church.
