A former MMA fighter was caught on camera using his skills to defend himself and even save his life against a knife attack.

In the footage, you can see a man in Miami losing his shit in a parking lot, taking out a knife and targeting Javier Baez in his fit of rage, only to realize he probably should have thought that one through a little better because Baez lifted him, slammed him, and choked him.
