Chari Hawkins Track Star Throws the First Pitch!

I may not be one to watch track meets, pretty much ever, but that may change in 2024 during the Olympics after realizing that track athletes are some of the most impressive athletes around.

Chari Hawkins is no exception, she's a legitimate track star, a USA Gold Medalist who competes for team USA.

She is also a babe, who threw the first pitch for the Padres back in August, but posted a meaningful words of inspiration about it today:

Today I want to try something: I’ve always heard the phrase “I’ll take what I can get” or I’ll take this opportunity”. What if we were a little more intentional? What if we replaced TAKE with a different word?: MAKE!✨
