Larissa Borges is a Brazilian Fitness Influencer Who Died!

In sad news, Larissa Borges is a 33 year old Brazilian Fitness Influencer has died!

A fitness influencer is someone who posts hot pics of or videos doing fitness, showcasing the fit body all in efforts to achieve critical mass following, fame and the ability to sell product to people who want to be as fit as the fitness influencer because fit people are inspiring until they die of double cardiac arrest.

The last thing that you'd want from your fitness influencer that you turn to as some kind of mentor, is one that ends up dying of a cardiac arrest because when you are trying to partake in fitness, especially when you're an amateur just starting out, you think "Holy Shit, I am going to die of a cardiac arrest if I keep this up". You turn to the fitness influencers to say "well, they didn't die doing it so maybe I am stronger than I think", so when they do die from their heart giving out it validates all your fitness fears. "See, I knew it could kill"...

It's actually a very sad story, the influencer's family posted this statement to her channel:

"The pain of losing someone so young, just 33 years old, and so kind, is overwhelming. Our hearts are broken, and the longing we will feel is indescribable."

Her cardiac arrest happened while she was traveling and not when she was working out, so clearly she had underlying issues and her death should not make you fear fitness. In fact, there were signs of narcotics and alcohol in her body at the time of the cardiac arrest, so it had nothing to do with fitness at all, and it actually makes me question her credibility as a fitness influencer if she's doing narcotics and boozing on vacation.

Still a sad story!
