LaVar Arrington Backs Warren Sapp’s Claim That Colin Kaepernick’s Workout Was a Disaster

Former NFL linebacker LaVar Arrington doesn't think Warren Sapp is lying about Colin Kaepernick's workout with the Raiders.  Sapp called it a disaster and Arrington is backing him.

The subject of Kaepernick's workout came up on the FOX Sports Radio show, "Two Pros and a Cup of Joe."  As did Sapp's revelation that it didn't go well.  Arrington says he knows Sapp very well and he's not lying.

"I know Sapp pretty well.  He ain't lying.  One thing Sapp is not is a liar.  If you've played for an organization you know people in the organization.  There's certain places that you can get information that in other cases you wouldn't get that information.  Sapp played for the Raiders, and Sapp probably has a relationship with a couple people that are in the organization.  If Sapp didn't know, hear, or have a discussion with someone who was in the organization he wouldn’t have even talked about it."

Whether Sapp is lying or not, Kaepernick didn't get signed and he hasn't had another workout.  Those things we know for sure.  Maybe he'll get a job at PFT someday....
