On Thursday night Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk reported that Saints running back Alvin Kamara is bracing for a lengthy suspension. According to the report, he faces at least a six game suspension during the upcoming season.
This all stems from the Las Vegas nightclub incident during the weekend of the Pro Bowl. Kamara, Chiefs corner Chris Lammons, and two other men were accused of severely beating a man.
Florio believes the NFL's Personal Conduct Policy lays out a minimum of a six game suspension for felony battery. Kamara is facing felony battery charges, but the legal process is still playing out with a hearing scheduled for August.
Kamara caught wind of Florio's educated guess and responded on Twitter.
@ProFootballTalk can you tell us when Jesus gon return to earth?

It's safe to say that Kamara doesn't agree with Florio's assessment. Being involved in the alleged beating of a man at a nightclub is almost certainly going to result in some sort of suspension, but we'll all have to wait and see.
