Wide receiver Jarvis Landry is still a free agent. Prior to the draft it looked as if he might re-sign with the Browns. Cleveland took two receivers in the draft and he hasn't heard from them since then.
Another AFC North team has expressed interest in Landry. The Ravens, who traded away their top receiver Hollywood Brown during the draft, are reportedly interested.
Free agent WR Jarvis Landry has not heard from the #Browns as of late following the team drafting two WRs in the NFL Draft, per a league source.
I’m told another team in the AFC North: the Baltimore Ravens, have expressed interest in Landry since the draft ended.

The Ravens need to sign someone who has done something in the NFL. Giving Lamar Jackson no weapons heading into the last year of his contract doesn't sound like the best plan to sign him to a long-term deal.
What do I know? I've never run a franchise into the ground.
