The Seahawks are in rebuild mode. They made that painfully obvious to fans when they traded Russell Wilson to the Denver Broncos. But they don't intend on letting all of their talent walk out the door.
One of those talented players, wide receiver DK Metcalf, is up for an extension and according to Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll they intend to give him one.
During a visit on the Seattle sports radio station 933KJR, Carroll said the Seahawks will try hard to re-sign Metcalf before 2022 season begins.
"It's really important to us. We love him. He maybe will go down as one of the great draft picks we've ever had here.
"We are going to do everything we can to get it done."
Now if the Seahawks are serious about signing Metcalf to an extension it's clear what they have to do. No it's not have Pete Carroll get shirtless. Just get a couple of OnlyFans models to help with presenting him with a new contract. You know how he allegedly likes to have a few ladies around just in case....
