The Tennessee Titans acquired wide receiver Julio Jones last year from the Atlanta Falcons.  Less than a year later and they're now planning to release him.

Jones had three years and $38.3 million left on his contract when he was acquired back in June.

The 33-year-old played in just 10 games for the Titans.  He had just 31 catches for 434 yards and one touchdown.

It doesn't matter how good you are if you can't stay healthy and produce.  Jones did neither during his first season with the Titans.
