UFC Star Cain Velasquez Arrested for Allegedly Shooting a Man

UFC star Cain Velasquez was arrested in Santa Clara County, California on Monday afternoon.  He was booked for allegedly shooting another man.  The other man was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Velasquez is reportedly being held on no bail.  There aren't any details on what led up to the shooting or what charges he faces.

Sources with direct knowledge of the investigation confirm for NBC Bay Area that the shooting reported Monday involves UFC and WWE star Cain Velasquez.

Police have not released the circumstances or motive but said one man was shot and taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and another man was arrested.

Velasquez was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail and is being held on no bail but it is unclear what charges he faces.

How big was the dude that Velasquez shot?  Imagine there's a person in the wild he can't handle with his hands and he had to pull a gun on them.  That guy, assuming he's fine which is what is being reported, gets a little extra street cred.
