There are definitely interceptions that shouldn't count against the quarterback. This one by Joe Burrow falls into that category for sure.

Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase had his man beat for a sure touchdown. He bobbled the pass and gave Chargers defensive back a gift in the form of an interception.

Chase owes Burrow a steak for this one. You can't give away a touchdown for an interception without paying up.
