Cowboys WR Amari Cooper to Miss Two Games After Testing Positive for COVID-19

The Cowboys have three games over the next 12 days, including a game on Thanksgiving.  They will be without wide receiver Amari Cooper for two of those games after he tested positive for COVID-19.

According to ESPN, Cooper is unvaccinated.  Unvaccinated players have to quarantine for 10 days.

That means Cooper will miss the Cowboys game on Sunday against the Chiefs and the Thanksgiving day game against his former team, the Raiders.

Sources told ESPN that Cooper tested positive for COVID-19 and is unvaccinated, which mandates a 10-day quarantine and will knock him out of the Thanksgiving game against the Las Vegas Raiders, his former team.

Cooper should clear the protocols in time to play against the New Orleans Saints on Dec. 2.

It's not a great time to test positive if you're a Cowboys player, especially if you're unvaccinated.

It could be worse, he could have a former chef accusing him of getting a fake vaccination card or he could take a medicine to treat COVID that is on the WHO's list of essential medicines.  That would be tragic.
