Tyrann Mathieu Calls Chiefs Fans “One of the Most Toxic Fan Bases in All of Sports”

The Chiefs have started the 2021 season by shitting all over the bed.  They're currently 3-4 and at the bottom of the AFC West.  This after back-to-back Super Bowl appearances.

The slow start has caused some fans to start criticizing their team.  Players have taken that criticism in stride and understand that it's part of the job.  When you play well fans cheer for you, when you suck they call you out.

Just kidding.  At least two Chiefs players, Anthony Hitchens and Tyrann Mathieu, have decided to talk shit with Chiefs fans in the comment section on Instagram.

Their opinions don't matter?  Then why are you dropping multiple comments on those opinions that don't matter?  And can you believe that fans are upset that their franchise is shelling out big money for a team that sucks?  So toxic.

I know players are much softer these days, but I had no idea that they were this soft.
