Now that's the J.J. Watt we all know and love. News broke on Wednesday night, one night before the undefeated Arizona Cardinals take on the 6-1 Green Bay Packers, that defensive end J.J. Watt will have surgery on his injured shoulder.
The often injured Watt hurt his shoulder in the second quarter of Arizona's win over his former team the Houston Texans. He finished the game, but will now have what is likely to be season-ending surgery.
Cardinals’ DE J.J. Watt will undergo what is now likely to be season-ending shoulder surgery, sources tell ESPN. No date set yet for surgery.

Is this the first domino that will fall in a series of dominos that ruins the Cardinals season? Not likely, Watt only has one sack through the first seven games of the season, but I'm fully prepared to blame their eventual downfall on him.
