Former Eagles wide receiver Freddie Mitchell had to be rescued from his Pennsylvania home this week after tropical storm Ida flooded it.  The early morning rescue left him in his underwear.

Mitchell went to a local Wal-Mart in his underwear and did a little shopping.  He captured the entire experience on his Instagram story and talked to a local news outlet about it.

Freddie, if he didn't have to take his early morning piss, might have floated away in his sleep.  Thankfully rescuers found him and he was more than willing to relive the situation for everyone's amusement.

The best part might be that he was still wearing his Wal-Mart outfit.
