Madden 22 has Colin Kaepernick, who hasn't played since 2016, rated higher than Justin Herbert, Kirk Cousins and Trevor Lawrence. The former 49ers quarterback has the same rating as Derek Carr.

They must have watched some tape of him throwing the football around his front yard or something.

This is obviously absurd. So was blackballing a guy from the NFL for his opinions. Madden seems to think fighting absurdity with absurdity is the way to go. In reality it just makes everything look ridiculous.

It also calls into question their ratings for other players.
