Just hours after the Celtics were bounced from the playoffs by the Nets, the team announced a major front office shakeup. Danny Ainge, the franchise's general manager and president of basketball operations, is retiring.
On top of that head coach Brad Stevens has been promoted to Ainge's former position with the team. He will now be in charge of finding Boston's next head coach.
The move did not sit well with ESPN's Stephen A. Smith and he lost his shit. He was so upset by Stevens' promotion that he walked off "First Take" to cool down.
Stephen A's issue is the lack of black representation in NBA front offices, including head coaches and the lack of players speaking out about it.

A pissed off Stephen A is the best Stephen A. I want to know what he really wanted to say, but felt like he couldn't... Interesting that he can't say what he thinks.
