OLYMPICS
SJ - March 11, 2021
The 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo are set to get underway in late July. Athletes from all over the world will be asked to abide by several coronavirus restrictions while competing in the games. One of those restrictions is a ban on sex.
We all know the Olympic villages tend to be jumping during "downtime" for the athletes. Staying focused on competition and abstaining from sex will be easier said than done for many of the athletes.
One athlete who isn't expecting to have a problem with the ban on sex is Russian swimmer Yulia Efimova. Not because she wouldn't be able to find a willing partner, but because she'll be too focused on competing.
From Sport24:
- There will be a lot of coronavirus restrictions at the Games: a ban on visiting other competitions, trips to tourist places and even sex. Is it scary? Or with what was happening in the US, are you ready for anything?
- It's unpleasant that you won't be able to go anywhere, but it's better to hold the Olympics like this than not at all. Wait, you said about the ban on sex?- Yes.
- Ha-ha, I don't have time for this in competitions (laughs) . And to many athletes too. It's a shame, of course, that you won't be able to attend other competitions. In 2016, after our performances, we went and rooted for our guys until the end of the Olympic Games. Now, most likely, you just have to leave and watch on TV.
Yulia might be strong, but there will be the weak among the athletes and it will be very entertaining to hear the stories of athletes getting booted from the games for banging. I have no doubt it will happen if they are in fact enforcing a ban on sex.
